Our Story

Welcome to The Three Pillars Adult Family Home.

We are Tefera and Maza Kelbessa, a husband-and-wife team dedicated to caring for others with compassion, respect, and integrity. Caring for people is more than our profession, it is our calling.

Tefera has worked in the healthcare field for more than 14 years and is currently working as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).gaining valuable experience while building meaningful relationships with those he serves. Maza is a Registered Nurse (RN) with over a decade of  experience in the health care industry, committed to providing safe, skilled, and compassionate care tailored to each resident’s individual needs.

Our dream was to create a home where seniors and adults who need daily support can feel safe, respected, and truly cared for. At Three Pillars Adult Family Home, we treat every resident like a member of our own family. We believe everyone deserves to live with dignity, comfort, and purpose in a warm, peaceful environment.

We understand that choosing care for a loved one is an important decision. Our goal is to provide families with peace of mind by offering personalized care, open communication, and a home where compassion is at the heart of everything we do.
